![]() At this point I would never let a traveler stay at this hotel. That he might be willing to help me, but I need to calm down (again, he is the only one yelling.) He is refusing to listen to me or problem solve. He never said the line was broken not to put words in his mouth. Starts yelling that he is an employee, like me. I state (in my normal tone of voice) So you are telling me the fax line is broken? Jorge, on the other end of the phone goes COMPLETELY UNHINGED. Still not going through after several minutes. We try to fax again, and I insist on being on the line, because at this point I am less than impressed. WHAT? He then asks me to email it instead. The guy states the fax line was turned off. So now I probably already have 1/2 an hour ot 45 inutes in filing this out. I try to fax it t the number on their credit card auth form. Most current hotels use Certify for business travel. Then I discovered they require a copy of the drivers license, front back or the card and the form. Thist took like 10 minutes (because they had an error in my email even though I spelled it phonetically. On like the third call I finally got someone to send it for real, but I insisted on staying on the line because I had to get this done. It started with trying to get a credit card authorization form. In fact this is the absolute first time I have felt compelled to write a review. This definitely is in the rankings for the WORST service I have ever seen. so I have seen the absolute best and worst of customer service. We seek yet another opportunity to host you and promise to provide you with a better experience. It is also concerning to hear about the leftover food in the mini-fridge, as well as the bugs found on the sofa bed. We immediately checked out and found a better hotel. When I asked the manager if we could change all the sheets and have the room cleaned, the manager was aggressive and entirly unhelpful, accusing my husband and I of being rude and lying about the unclean room. The next day we awoke to find bugs on the sofabed. ![]() We were exhausted from travel, so my teen/tween boys made due squishing into the tiny sofa bed. Went up to the room and there was tons of food left in the mini fridge from a prior guest. The front desk clerk was completely unhelpful when I asked what solutions were available (an extra cot, etc.) and another couple was struggling to get a refund due them. ![]() Thought I'd booked the same room as our last stay, but at check in was told that the suite I booked would not accommodate the 4 people on the reservation. This was our family's third stay at this hotel and will be our last. Tldr: bug infested, dirty room with rude management.
